Payment and Billing Policy

1. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards via our payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the services provided, including any applicable subscription fees.

2. Subscription Charges
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Charges will be processed automatically on the renewal date unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy (outlined below).

Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Notifications can be sent via email to natalie@vitalposition.com or through your account management page.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in the next billing charge being processed. Once processed, the payment is non-refundable.

2. Immediate Cancellations
Upon canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in that billing cycle.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Requests
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you believe there was an error in billing or have concerns about your service, please contact us at natalie@vitalposition.com within 30 days of the charge to request a refund. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or other extenuating circumstances. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed unless otherwise specified in special promotions or agreements.
